spareorgan laboratory

spareorgan was created to formally introduce projects into the real world. it existed pre-internet. now it encompasses several of my creative outlets: cassette label, letterpress printing, graphic design, zine construction and film photography. most is done in-house completely diy while some projects warrant outsourcing. my roots were deep in the sf bay area punk/hardcore/grafitti scene through the 90’s and 00’s, playing in bands such as sheep squeeze, punchdrunk, lost ground, living war room, funeral diner and serene lakes. spareorgan is also a salute to all the friends i have met along the way, for this would mean nothing without them. you know who are are and i will love you forever.
