  • Recorded in San Mateo, CA at B Street Music in 1998.

  • First release on home burned CD-R’s with screen printed manila envelope covers and CD. Included two inserts. Re-released in 2024 with letterpress printed covers and mini booklet.

  • Split cassette ep. Cold Iron Hands is the master work of Frank Marchi (Plutotcracy, Radio Active Lunch). While being solo on this recording he has now been joined by Mean Dave on 2nd bass and Nelson (Bastard Noise) on electronics. Iron Shrine is a 3 piece experimental electronic jam band.

    IS side recorded at Halftone Studios in Petaluma, CA in 2023 with special guest Mack Murray.

  • Nexus 6 was a short lived, little known hardcore band hailing from Half Moon Bay, CA. The band included Matt Bajda (previously of Portraits of Past & went on to Funeral Diner & Who Calls So Loud), his brother Dan Bajda (went on to start Funeral Diner), Dave Mello (also of Funeral Diner & Who Calls So Loud), Konane Kramer (of Living War Room & Under a Dying Sun) and Josh Trentor.

  • Studio recording at CCRMA Studio’s at Stanford University and their live set from KZSU Stanford’s Wednesday Night Live session. Both from 1995.

  • 100 made. Long gone. Hand built jewel case labels & booklet by Rob (Prevail) Beckstrom at Kinko’s Copies in Menlo Park, CA.

  • Nerd Rope is R. Beckstrom (Sheep Squeeze, Lost Ground, Living War Room, Funeral Diner and aka certone) and A. Conway. Both grew up in the bay area and ran in similar circles. They met around 2000 and became fast friends making music on & off. In 2020, they decided to start a new project & Nerd Rope was born. Just like a Nerdsrope, their music is crunchy, chewy and can be used to whack people.
